I'm not sure what rock I have been living under, but why am I just hearing about magnesium oil and how our bodies need magnesium to help turn our food we eat into energy etc. So I decided I needed to do a little research on magnesium oil etc.
What is magnesium oil ???
Magnesium oil is a term for a mixture of highly saturated solution of magnesium chloride in distilled water, but does have the same texture and appearance of an oil.
Apparently we are getting less magnesium in our diets, because the natural sources of magnesium are becoming depleted because :
1, the soil is being over farmed and full of pesticides, water filtration removes a large percentage of the magnesium.
2, our lifestyle, which includes lack of sleep, stress and alcohol, caffeine, sugar consumption which destroys the little magnesium left.
The best uses of magnesium oil :
• will soothe pain nearly anywhere on your body - from muscle cramps to joint aches and pains.
• is capable of relieving stress, maintaining healthy skin, relaxing your body and has been know to promote a good nights sleep.
Fortunately I was able to test the magnesium oil shortly after it arrived as I fell down the stairs which knocked my body quite badly. So after the initial shock wore off I applied the magnesium oil on the areas that were red and looked as if they were beginning to bruise. At first it stung on application but then cooled all the areas I applied the magnesium oil too. I was convinced that I was going to be black and blue all over, but was surprised the next morning to find that I didn't have one bruise. I also have started using the product as a natural deodorant which has been amazing. I have given 4 stars due to the fact that the spray attachment wasn't included when delivered , but luckily I had a spare spray bottle to use.
I would highly recommend that everyone keeps a bottle of this magical potion in their home as it can help with so many things.
